Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator

These Terms govern your use of less.pictures (the "Service"). The Service is operated under the Less Pictures name and is available at https://less.pictures. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Less Pictures is an AI-assisted photo-cleanup tool. You upload a supported photo, brush over an unwanted object, person, sign, text, defect, or other distraction, and ask the Service to reconstruct the selected area.

• Supported uploads currently include JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF files up to 30 MB.
• The editor uses a 1200 × 760 working canvas and downloads a PNG result.
• Less Pictures does not add its own watermark to the downloaded result.
• Results vary with the selected area, scene complexity, overlap, lighting, and available background detail.
• The Service does not promise original-resolution or lossless output.

As of the effective date above, the cleanup workflow uses the ByteDance Seedream 5.0 Pro image-editing model through fal.ai. Users do not enter a free-form generation prompt: the Service combines the uploaded working image and brush mask with a fixed cleanup instruction. If the production model changes, we will update this disclosure or identify the replacement in the interface.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Your photos, permissions, and AI processing

You retain the rights you have in photos and other material you submit. You grant us and our processing providers a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, transform, transmit, and return that material only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

You may upload only material you own or are authorized to edit. Do not use the Service to remove ownership marks, evidence, or identifying information from material you are not authorized to alter. You are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing or relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• create or edit sexually explicit or NSFW material, including non-consensual intimate imagery;
• create or edit graphic violence, gore, threats, or content that promotes physical harm;
• create or edit hate speech or content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on a protected characteristic;
• create, edit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child;
• create a deceptive deepfake, impersonate another person, or alter identity evidence without authorization and appropriate disclosure;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, including by removing ownership marks from material you are not authorized to alter;
• break the law or facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, or another person's unlawful conduct;
• upload malware, probe security controls, bypass limits, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the Service;
• misrepresent an AI-edited image as authentic where doing so could cause harm or violate a disclosure obligation; or
• resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the Service except where expressly permitted by law or a written agreement.

The cleanup workflow uses server-side validation and enables fal.ai's output safety checker. A result flagged by that checker is rejected before delivery, the job is recorded as failed, and any reserved free use or credits are restored. Automated filters are not perfect and do not replace your responsibility to follow these rules.

Report suspected prohibited use to support@less.pictures with the account email, approximate time, and job details available to you. Do not resend illegal imagery by email unless our support team specifically requests a safe method. We review reports and available service records and may reject requests, restrict or suspend accounts, remove content or records we control where appropriate, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct. You may appeal an account action through the same support address.

6. Free use, credits, and billing

Each eligible signed-in account currently receives one successful cleanup free. After that, a successful cleanup uses 20 credits. Uploading, brushing, and a failed cleanup do not count as a successful cleanup; when credits were reserved for a failed request, the Service is designed to restore them.

Prices, currency, included credits, billing interval, taxes, and any renewal terms are shown before purchase on our Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners under their applicable terms. We do not receive your complete card number. Purchased credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.

Subscriptions renew for the period disclosed at checkout until canceled. Use a cancellation method provided with your payment or account, or contact us at least 48 hours before renewal so we can help stop future charges. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. AI output and service availability

Results are AI-generated edits. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee that an object will be removed perfectly or that the result will preserve every unselected detail. Keep your original photo, inspect the result before use, and disclose material AI editing where law or context requires it.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to maintain security, comply with law, address provider outages, or improve the product. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes.

9. Intellectual property

The Service software, interface, brand, and original site content belong to the Service operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

11. Privacy, changes, and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above; material changes will receive additional notice where required.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
