1. Scope

This Policy explains how less.pictures uses cookies and similar browser technologies, including local storage. Cookies are small pieces of data that a website or service provider stores in your browser. Some are required for the Service to work; optional analytics are controlled by your choice.

2. Essential technologies

Essential technologies support functions you request and cannot be switched off through our analytics preference control. They include:

• authentication and session data used to keep you signed in securely;
• security and request state used to prevent abuse and complete account actions;
• language, theme, and interface preferences stored in your browser; and
• checkout state needed when you choose to purchase a product or subscription.

Blocking these technologies in your browser may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other requested features from working correctly.

3. Optional analytics

Optional analytics are loaded only after you select "Allow analytics" in our preference banner. They help us understand page usage, performance, and errors. Depending on which production settings are enabled, the providers may include:

• Vercel Analytics;
• Google Analytics, configured to anonymize IP addresses; and
• Microsoft Clarity for interaction and performance diagnostics.

These providers may use cookies, browser identifiers, or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies.

4. Authentication and payment providers

If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, or open Waffo Pancake checkout, those providers may set cookies on their own pages or domains to authenticate you, prevent fraud, remember checkout state, and complete the requested action. Their use of those technologies is governed by their own privacy and cookie terms.

5. Your choices

On your first visit, you can allow or decline optional analytics. Your choice is saved in local storage under a Less Pictures analytics-consent preference. Declining optional analytics does not prevent account, cleanup, or payment features from working.

You can reopen the preference banner using "Cookie settings" in the site footer. You can also delete site data in your browser to reset the choice. Browser controls let you view, block, or delete cookies, but blocking essential session data may sign you out or stop requested features.
